We plan the menu together around the season — or you leave it entirely as a chef’s choice and let me surprise you.

Tell me about any allergies, restrictions, or foods your party would rather skip. Every dish is built to be safe for the table.

I Shop & Prep
I source what’s at its peak that week, prep ahead, and arrive ready to cook in your space.

Dinner Is Served
A relaxed four- to six-course meal, plated and paced for your night. You stay a guest at your own table.

I Clean Up
When the last course is done, I leave the kitchen the way I found it. You just enjoy the evening.
